Prior to VERUS, Amanda was with Axis Realty Group, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Denton. Before Axis, Amanda worked at Sigma Relocation Group in the Commercial Division providing corporate relocation and commercial real estate services in the Dallas and Houston markets. Amanda is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.

Stephen brings over 25 years of retail & shopping center experience with a unique blend of industry knowledge by holding leadership roles with national retail firms as well as the 3rd largest retail landlord in the US. Prior to Verus, Stephen was Vice President of Leasing for the Southwest Region of Centro Properties Group. In that role he was responsible for the performance of over 13 million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers across 6 states.
Stephen was Vice President of Real Estate at Cottonwood Financial and held senior real estate positions with Macy’s, Zale Corporation, Taco Bell, Blockbuster and Sally Beauty. Additionally, he spent 6 years with a boutique investment banking firm and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Stephen attended Baylor University.

Flower Mound Medical Office Building
VERUS Real Estate Advisors today announced that it has been hired by Landcore Development to lease a new medical office complex in Flower Mound. The property will be known as the Timbercreek Medical Park and located next to the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound.
“Landcore is excited to be working with the VERUS team on the Timbercreek Medical Park development,” said Mike Silvaggio, Landcore Development partner. “We are pleased that this project will provide some much needed space for this hospital, its physicians and the Town of Flower Mound.”
The Timbercreek Medical Park will have 120,000 square-feet of buildings located in the Class A Medical Office Complex next to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound.

Mr. Korba served more than 20 years as the CEO of Sammons before assuming his current position as Chairman of Sammons in January 2009.

Timbercreek Medical Park
FLOWER MOUND, TX-Landcore Development is moving forward with a two-building medical office development next to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. The Bartonville,TX-based developer has hired VERUS Real Estate Advisors to lease the $20-million complex, called Timbercreek Medical Park.

FLOWER MOUND, TX- Denton-based Elk River Real Estate announced a new partnership with Y Street Ventures LLC and the creation of a new full-service commercial company, Verus Real Estate Advisors.
According to an announcement released Monday, Verus will combine the two companies’ services to offer comprehensive brokerage, asset and property management services, and to advise commercial real estate owners and investors.
Flower Mound-based Y Street Ventures offers growth capital investment services. The new company will also have its headquarters in Flower Mound.
Verus is led by Bob Korba, founder of Y Street Ventures and former CEO of Sammons Enterprises.
