Stephen Coffey

Stephen is Senior Vice President of Retail at Verus Real Estate Advisors and is responsible for retail leasing, management and consulting. Stephen brings over 25 years of retail & shopping center experience with a unique blend of industry knowledge by holding leadership roles with national retail firms as well as the 3rd largest retail landlord in the US. Prior to Verus, Stephen was Vice President of Leasing for the Southwest Region of Centro Properties Group. In that role he was responsible for the performance of over 13 million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers across 6 states.

Stephen was Vice President of Real Estate at Cottonwood Financial and held senior real estate positions with Macy's, Zale Corporation, Taco Bell, Blockbuster and Sally Beauty. Additionally, he spent 6 years with a boutique investment banking firm and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Stephen attended Baylor University.
