Marsha Rice

Marsha Rice is the Senior Property Manager for VERUS Real Estate Advisors. Marsha manages the VERUS portfolio of clients throughout the Dallas / Ft. Worth area where she is responsible for executing overall management strategies, operating policies and client management.

Marsha has more than 20 years commercial real estate experience, including property management, construction management and financial analysis.

Prior to VERUS, Marsha was with Henry S. Miller Realty Management where she was responsible for handling the day-to-day management for retail, office and industrial properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and South Texas markets.

Additionally, Marsha is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
