Lynn Peters

Lynn is the Vice President of Asset Management of VERUS Real Estate Advisors and leads the asset and property management group. Previously, Lynn was the Director of Asset Management with Cypress Equities after several years with HSM Equity Partners as their senior vice president of asset management. Lynn has extensive experience in asset and property management, real estate project development/re-development and detailed financial analysis and utilizes this experience to ensure that value is maximized and enhanced over a projected hold period in order to achieve the investor's goals and expectations. This includes the supervision and direction of property management, lease underwriting and negotiations, management of capital investments, as well as overall cash management.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Northern Illinois University and is an active member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM^®).
